Our limiting beliefs keep us from attaining our goals.  And sometimes we even need help determining what our goals are!  Gain a clearer vision on the goals you wish to achieve in 2012 and tips for how to cross the hurdles along the way.

Are your Core Beliefs a barrier to your personal and professional goals for well-being?

A core belief is one that is so basic to the way we orient ourselves in life we never stop to think about it. We simply take this belief for granted and operate automatically based on its tenets. To be in charge of your life and professional goals, it is important to understand the core beliefs making you act the way you do and change those not enhancing your personal and professional well-being.

This presentation will provide an understanding of the following five core beliefs that fundamentally affect our attitudes and behaviors so that we can be better equipped to succeed in reaching our goals:

• Self-esteem
• Self-responsibility
• Trust in the Universe
• Positive Attitude
• Flowing with Change

Attendees will also participate in an exercise to determine their core beliefs and how to change those no longer working in your life. This will provide a new skill to affirm where you are today and how you can visualize and achieve your goals for 2012.
